For tweens and teens

Young People / Students

Support designed to meet your teen where they are.

We start with a free 20-minute online meet and greet so they can get a feel for the space.

From there, support may include guided journal sessions through the Navigating School Can't workbook.

It may also include one-on-one counselling for anxiety, school avoidance, friendships and emotional regulation or mentoring and coaching for teens who need someone in their corner.

Counselling for Tweens & Teens

When life feels overwhelming, whether it’s school, friendships, anxiety or just trying to keep up, counselling can be a safe steady space for your teen to be seen, heard and supported.

Common reasons families reach out:

  • School avoidance or difficulty re-engaging with learning.
  • Social anxiety or friendship struggles.
  • Overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing.
  • OCD traits or repetitive thoughts and behaviours.
  • Depression, low motivation, hopelessness.
  • Emotional regulation and self-esteem challenges.

Mentoring & Coaching for Teens

Not every struggling teen is out of school. Some are still showing up every day, feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, unsure of where they fit. Mentoring is connection and trust. Coaching is about setting goals and taking action. Together they create a powerful mix of emotional support and practical strategies, especially for teens navigating tricky stages of identity, school, relationships and decision-making.

All sessions begin with a free 20-minute meet and greet. See Pricing for fees.
