Fees, packages and how I keep things accessible.

The numbers below are current. If finances are tight, talk to me. The fee should not be the barrier to the support you need.

Navigating School Can't Programme + Workbook

  • Student one-on-one

    Six weekly online sessions, printed workbook, bullet journal, self-care cards, postage anywhere in Australia.

  • Student online groups

    Six weekly online group sessions, printed workbook, bullet journal, self-care cards, postage anywhere in Australia.

Important to know

  • All fees include GST.
  • A free, no-obligation meet and greet (30 – 60 minutes) before any package or session.
  • Some private health fund rebates are accepted. Please enquire if your fund is covered.
  • Sliding scale available if finances are tight. The fee should not be the barrier.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Packages are paid in full prior to the first session.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless you are not satisfied with the service. Please raise any concerns as soon as possible so we can resolve them.
  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice on cancellations and I endeavour to do the same.
  • An SMS reminder is sent the day before each session.

  • In person. Freedom Health & Wellness Centre, New Norfolk, Tasmania 7140.
  • Online. Via Zoom, anywhere in Australia.
  • Phone. By appointment.
